Mrs Saxon's Thank You Letter

Dear Richard,

I’m sorry I missed you on Monday. The furniture looks fantastic. I have to say I was a bit worried as I’m not used to ordering things on-line, but the workmanship is excellent. This is also the first time that when we have been promised a date, that it hasn’t been delayed, so thank you very much for that. Keeping your promises seems to be a thing of the past these days, and it lets so many business’s down, when they do that. I know I’m waffling on a bit, but I just want to get across how greatly it is appreciated the excellent service we have received, and not once did I feel like I was being a pain in the neck !!!!

There is no doubt that we will be ordering from you again soon (oh no I hear him say), and in addition I will do what I can to promote you to all my friends.
